the hotel could have been nice if not for the noisy neighbors blasting karaoke at 2:30 am. their soundproof claims are a joke. to make matters worse, when my toilet malfunctioned, no one came until I showered. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, I was treated like anyone else. unfortunate.

It was just a perfect match for shopping in Los Angeles with very good value for money. The hotel lobby felt welcoming, making check-in a smooth process. Avoid the breakfast option as it's not worth the cost.

Street noise made it disruptive at times affecting sleep quality. Valet service had delays during busy periods causing frustrations.

My stay was great I loved the cleanliness of the renovated room and the convenient valet parking. The bistro was super spacious offering breakfast lunch and dinner till 10 PM 🍽️. It’s located close to Westfield Century City for shopping.

The well-appointed King Room was a highlight with its cleanliness and updated decor, providing a comfortable stay. Staff were particularly accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our time, reflecting excellent service. While valet parking was efficient, the added cost felt somewhat burdensome, especially considering the standard hotel rates in the area. Additionally, street noise disrupted what could have been a perfectly quiet night's sleep.
